Come join the Austin Radio Control Association for our final and most popular airshow in 2018.
The 2018 Fall Big Bird on Aug. 31-Sept. 1!!! This is for giant scale RC planes with wingspans over 7 1/2 feet!
Pilots from all over Texas, and the Southwest will be flying some of the most incredible scale radio control airplanes that you will ever see! Many of these planes all have wingspans ranging from over 6 feet, to 10 feet and beyond!
Breathtaking aerobatic aircraft, WWI biplanes, massive scale WWII fighters and bombers flying in formation, giant bush planes being lazy in the air, real turbine jets, and sleek, modern civilian scale models will all be tearing up the skies during Labor Day weekend. Come see the “Texas Warbird Thunder” flight demonstration team punch holes in the sky!
This is an incredible event for the family to come see on Friday September 1st and Saturday September 2nd. Raffle prizes will be awarded at the end of the day.
The big day for this event is Saturday, September 1st. The fun starts around 10am.
