As you can see from the banner on the front page of this site, the Austin HeliFest starts tomorrow and winds down on Sunday. This is expected to be a very large event and features 11 professional pilots.
Additionally, the AMA district XIII vice president will be there and this event may be featured in a future magazine article. A list of these pilots is provided below followed by the contest awards that will be given out. Last, a Saturday time schedule is included so that you can plan on what you would like to see.
If you come out, give a big thanks to the club members that are working and look for the guest professional pilots, sponsors and AMA personnel. If you have an opportunity, be sure to thank these people for being part of this event.
