Welcome to the Austin Radio Control Association's (ARCA) website.

Our R/C Club is located near Walter E Long Municipal Park and the Exposition Center, off Decker Lane on the East side of Austin, TX. The address is 8705 Lindell Ln. Austin, TX. (See map) . ARCA has a 575 ft asphalt runway and covered meeting areas located on 20+ green acres. The club is AMA chartered and there are no size or noise restrictions on planes. Guests are welcome to fly their Turbine Jets, Electrics, Piston airplanes, Helicopters & Gliders at the field for $3/day if the pilot's AMA membership card is current. Out of town guests may fly free. Applications for membership to the club can be obtained here on the website, or at the field. Spectators are welcome and there is no admittance fee anytime; The best hours to come see the pilots fly is from about 9:00 am till dusk on Saturday and Sunday. During Events a concession stand will be open at the field with burgers, dogs, cokes and water The field has a telephone on site: 512-272-8402

I am sorry to report that there is a burn ban in Travis County.  That means that there is no flying of jets at the field until it is lifted.

Highland Lakes Flyers Club Invites You To It's Annual AMA Sanctioned Float Fly At Robinson Park in Llano, SEPTEMBER 18 & 19, 2010 The flying site is on a scenic stretch of the Llano River.
